Take a look at these blueberry muffins I catered to at an event recently. Look at how they sparkle. Don't they look like jewels? Ha ha! I topped some muffins with streusel and some with this sugar topping. Both toppings provided a nice textural contrast to the moist muffins. Everyone loved them. This is not the full display of everything I prepared.
