When I developed this cookie, I focused on flavor and texture. I wanted it to be a delicious cookie that captures all the familiar flavors of the classic campfire treat: S'mores.

Each cookie has a marshmallow center that gets toasted in the oven. I then torch each cookie after baking for that familiar charred flavor. The dough features the delicious flavors of dark and milk chocolate, and you can taste the graham cracker flavor with each bite. I also place one chunk of dark chocolate on top of the marshmallow for that added S'mores experience.

The S'mores cookies are available only in orders of six.
