1 Food Processor (Mincing really well with a knife works also.)
Ingredients
1lbground beef
1/4conion diced finely
1/4cgreen bell pepper diced finely
1large fresh jalapeno diced finely
2garlic cloves chopped finely
1tbspseasoned salt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/4tspcayenne pepper
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
1egg
2tbspbarbecue sauce of your choice
More barbecue sauce to pour over meatballs after baking. Make them as saucy as you'd like
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ground beef together with the chopped vegetables and spices.
Roll seasoned ground beef to the desired size.
You can get about 12-15 small to medium-sized meatballs from this recipe.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Remove the pan of meatballs carefully from the oven to pour barbecue sauce over.
Put back in the oven for another 2 minutes. More time if necessary.

Notes
If you choose not to dice your vegetables, you can absolutely buy some already chopped. You can mince them or put them in the food processor if you don't want big bites of the vegetables in each bite of your meatballs.
