Ingredients

lemon juice

A pinch of red pepper flakes

white granulated sugar
Instructions
Turn the heat on low to medium heat.
Pour the olive oil into the skillet.
Add kale and saute for 5 minutes.
Add in the garlic and the lemon juice. Toss in with the kale for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the seasoning and spices. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Enjoy!
Notes
If you buy kale on the stem, remove it from the stem, wash, and chop.
