Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Mix the butter and sugars together. Stir in the egg and egg yolk, one at a time.
Add in the vanilla.
Add in the cream cheese.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
Fold in the oatmeal and raisins until just combined.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper. Scoop medium sized (or desired size) scoops onto a cookie sheet. Line in an even layer about 2 1/2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes or until fully baked. Baking times will vary depending on the size of the cookies.
