Instructions
STREUSEL TOPPING
Mix all of the ingredients together making sure the butter is crumbled in.
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the muffin tins with muffin/cupcake liners.
Sift all of the dry ingredients together.
Mix the eggs, milk, and vanilla together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Stir in the melted butter.
Fold in the blueberries.
Scoop the batter into the muffin line, about 3/4 or slightly more.
Sprinkle the streusel topping over the batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
