Guess what? I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been on Instagram since the beginning of June. I don’t put my links in the bio or post in Instagram stories. That’s not me. LOL!!!!! If I get messages, I answer those and support the pages of those I know immediately after I reply and log off. While doing my raw vegan challenge, I wanted as little social media as possible. I’ve never really been on there a lot, but I really wanted to reduce even the small amount of time I was already on there. I wanted to prepare my mind for training for the marathon I was telling you about at the beginning of the month.
I really want you to experience this. Would y’all be interested in a 3 days of no social media challenge? Three days is not long. Lol!
