Ranch New Potatoes

These Ranch Potatoes are super easy to prepare and loaded with flavor! They are ready to enjoy in under 30 minutes. They can be enjoyed in a number of ways or they can be eaten alone. They can be eaten with your choice of protein. I also enjoy eating them with scrambled eggs sometimes. I used new potatoes for this recipe, however, you can use other potatoes as well. Bigger potatoes can be cut into chunks and depending on the size of those chunks, the roasting time may have to be adjusted. And, don’t forget to make sure they are dry before seasoning them. You can dry them with paper towels. If they are dry, you can have a crispiness on the surface of the potatoes and a delicious tender potato on the inside.

HERE ARE SOME FOODS THAT PAIR WELL WITH THESE DELICIOUS ROASTED RANCH POTATOES:

Baked Salmon

Tender, Delicious Ribeye Steak

Mama’s Award Winning Smothered Chicken

Mozzarella Chicken

Moist and Flavorful Roasted Chicken

Easy Scrambled Cheese Eggs

(The recipes above will be eventually on the blog. I am adding them slowly for you to enjoy after re-designing the website, Love-Jane).
